It has been a while! We have been asked to help clean up an abandoned site in Gorst. I’ve been out several times to do my best to confirm that nobody is actively living there and have done what I can to ensure that no sweeps were conducted. It appears the folks moved on and left a mess so we want to help the property owner get that space cleaned up.
Come join our volunteer team bagging trash and removing it to the dump. Big thanks to Kitsap Public Health who will be providing vouchers to help cover the expense.
We’ll share all the details about the precise location after you’ve registered. The area we’ll be working in does include some fairly steep and brushy terrain.

If you bring a camera or plan to use your phone to take pictures, please be very respectful about who and what you snap. We are cleaning around people’s homes so ask before taking a picture of people, tents, or belongings.
